Nice place. Always busy but you get seated fast. Food comes out fast also. I've been here a few times and will come back. Alot of choices on the menu.

They make you pay for chips and salsa now and this is how much salsa i got with my togo order. This is literally enough for 3 chips at the most. I have been going to don tellos lately but decided to go here today because they are 4 minutes away from my job and i am just highly disappointed. I used to get more salsa when it was free. smh very stingy.Food: 2/5

Our food was good. I had the Texas fajitas. They were ok. The shrimp and peppers could have been sautéed a little longer, but it was good. Hubby had beans and rice with dip. Service was good. We went during a slow time on a Tuesday evening.

We love the food. There's know other place like them. I've tried many of other Mexican restaurants through out the years and El Charro's the one I come back. I've been going there since I was a child and it make me feel like I'm at home again. Many of body's.

A favorite of my Covington friends. Often a go to when it comes to finding a place to eat. Food and service is often good, though this location tends to stay busy, so wait staff can sometimes be stretched. Also feels like portions have gotten smaller.

The food is tasty and fresh. I am not a fan of the guacamole because they mix it in a blender. The consistency feels a little like meringue or dessert mousse when you eat it. (I prefer hand mashed, chunky style.) Albeit, the flavor is similar to making it in your own kitchen.The portions are always generous and filling for what you pay. The customer service could be a little better and more friendly. Usually the staff is rude and rushes you through your order. If the service was more pleasant, I would patronize more often.
